Turkish Delight Gin is a product of the collaboration between Brookie's Gin and The Smoking Camel, a renowned Middle Eastern restaurant in Byron Bay. The gin is imbued with a vibrant hue yet maintains a delicate and well-balanced flavor. The infusion process involves a perfect blend of fragrant rose, orange blossom, and meyer lemon, accompanied by a touch of sweetness, resulting in The Smoking Camel Turkish Delight Gin.

Brookie's Gin is distilled from the fragrant white aspen and native raspberries that are harvested from the Cape Byron Distillery rainforest. The gin's creation is a collaborative effort between Eddie Brook and his mother, Pam Brook. Pam's inspiration for Brookie's Turkish Delight Gin is derived from her memories of the exotic Turkish sweet shops in inner Melbourne, not from the flavors of modern-day commercial Turkish delight.
