A unique field blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Pinot Noir from across three vineyards, ripe mulberry and blackberry are balanced by savory sun-dried tomato, tobacco leaf, dried basil and black olive tapenade. It's all about the microclimates, baby. From carefully selected single-vineyard sites in Gippsland, vigneron Mark Heath and winemaker Marcus Satchell (of Dirty Three fame) produce small-batch wines bursting with flavor.
