Volcán de mi Tierra, meaning Volcano of My Land, is named for and pays homage to a volcano that sits in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Volcán is built on an assemblage, selecting the very best agave from two regions (Highlands and Lowlands) to create a complex but elegant liquid.
